You will be an integral part of the engineering branch to assist the government as the Lead Systems Integrator ensuring the space, ground, and crypto segments are integrated successfully to meet user’s needs. You will provide direct support to the chief engineer and manage the Booz Allen engineering team supporting the program office. The world can’t waitYou Have:9+ years of experience performing systems engineering or integration in DoD space systems or ground systems5+ years of experience with performing the risk management process on space-related Major Defense Acquisition Programs, including space, ground, software, and hardware system5+ years of experience with identifying, analyzing, and proposing space systems or ground systems program risks, issues, opportunities, and mitigating handling plansExperience with DoD technical program reviews, including SRR, SFR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, FCA, or PCAsExperience with using Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookAbility to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD missionAbility to effectively communicate, work collaboratively on a cross functional team and independently, demonstrating initiative to complete complex tasks to achieve program goals in a fast-paced environmentTS/SCI clearanceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer ScienceNice If You Have:Experience with Satellite Communications Mission areaExperience with space acquisitionExperience with a software program utilizing Agile methodologiesExperience with Confluence or JIRAAbility to learn and solve problems quickly and creativelyMaster's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer ScienceINCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certifications such as ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
