Role: We’re looking for a Receptionist who shows up, follows through, and delivers an exceptional patient experience every day. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and centered around patient care, teamwork, and growth. As a Receptionist, you’ll be the bridge between patients and their health goals. You’ll support our doctors in delivering non‑invasive, preventative care while providing a WOW experience for every patient who walks through our doors. This is not a desk job—our techs are actively engaged with patients, teaching therapeutic exercises, assisting with care, and creating a welcoming clinic environment. What we offer you: Paid technician training during your first 4 weeks (learn everything needed for patient care) Complimentary prep courses and exam reimbursement for obtaining a state‑issued x‑ray certification (with immediate pay raise upon completion) Medical benefits Sick pay & flexible PTO Holiday pay Internal wellness program Fun, high‑energy, team‑focused environment Responsibilities: Consult with patients to learn about their symptoms (Spanish fluency a bonus, not required) Teach patients how to properly perform therapeutic exercises (sometimes side by side) Take digital spinal x‑rays once certified (training provided) Manage daily office administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment Support the clinic’s doctor and team members in growing the office Results: Every patient receives a WOW‑level experience at each visit Patients comply with their treatment plans Exercises are taught clearly, safely, and effectively Patients dropping of treatment plan are contacted daily Obtain Google Reviews All statistics are entered daily Requirements: High energy, positive attitude, and love working with people Strong communication skills (in person and by phone) Comfortable being hands‑on with patients Organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask Growth mindset and open to coaching/training No prior healthcare experience required—training provided Location: In‑office role at one of our Chiro 1st clinics in Washington State Initial training will take place at one or more clinic locations. As part of our multi‑clinic organization, team members may occasionally provide temporary support at other clinic locations following training Days/Hours: Clinic hours vary by location Compensation: Hourly wage + pay raise once x‑ray certified Benefits as listed above Results Over Excuses We own outcomes whether good or bad.
