Our client, a high-end decorative showroom, is seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join their team. As a Showroom Coordinator, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting the front desk and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Showroom Coordinator

Location: Cockeysville, MD

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: Days (40 hours)

What's the Job?

• Greet all visitors enthusiastically, creating a welcoming environment for homeowners, builders, contractors, and interior designers
• Serve as the first point of contact for a high-end, appointment-based showroom
• Communicate showroom policies clearly and professionally to customers
• Manage customer sign-ins, appointment scheduling, and administrative documentation
• Answer and transfer incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, providing excellent customer service

What's Needed?

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree not necessary
• At least 3-5 years of customer-facing customer service experience in a professional environment
• Prior administrative or reception experience in a fast-paced setting preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and CRM systems (training available for Salesforce)
• Strong organizational skills, professional communication, and the ability to handle multiple systems simultaneously
