This role supports our entire brand portfolio, including our primary turnkey business, Architectural Fabrication, and our growing distribution channel, Alumination Architectural Products.

We are looking for someone who shares the same passion for continuous growth to join our winning team. As a Warehouse Loader, your primary responsibility will be to load and unload flatbed trailers with precision and care. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Load and unload flatbed trailers using proper equipment and techniques.

• Ensure accurate and timely handling of products to prevent damage during the loading process.

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other loading equipment as needed.

• Collaborate with warehouse team members to organize and prioritize loading schedules.

• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any issues to the manager.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to enhance overall warehouse efficiency.

• Communicate effectively with superintendents and project managers to coordinate loading activities.

• Follow established procedures for stacking and securing items on flatbed trailers.

• Meet productivity targets while maintaining high-quality loading standards.

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects regularly.

• Experience operating forklifts and other loading equipment.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to preventing product damage.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols.

• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Ability to use/read a tape measure.

• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics preferred.

• Valid driver's license.

• Experience backing gooseneck trailers.
