Receptionist / Office Admin
The Receptionist / Office Admin will work within the organization to help it run smoothly. This position is responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, assisting with administrative duties, running errands, and maintaining professional composure throughout interactions with customers, potential customers, and team members.
Responsibilities
● Greet customers and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
● Assist customers and visitors in finding their way around the store.
● Introduce customers to sales associates as needed.
● Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, mailing, and FedEx packages.
● Answer phones in a professional manner and route calls as necessary.
● Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
● Answer, forward, and screen phone calls.
● Sort and distribute mail.
● Make daily bank deposits; mileage will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
● Enter vehicle titling information and assist with administrative data entry related to vehicle registration.
● Complete occasional trips to the DMV for titling and registration-related matters; mileage will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
● Redeem manufacturer/OEM coupons and rebates through OEM websites and perform related data entry.
● Perform light clerical and administrative duties to support daily dealership operations.
● Provide excellent customer service.
● Any other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications
● Previous receptionist experience preferred.
● Excellent customer service and communication skills.
● Experience in LightSpeed computer software, or the ability to quickly learn through general computer knowledge and experience, preferred.
● Ability to learn and understand warranty policies and procedures.
● Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
● Basic data entry and administrative experience preferred.
● Able to bend, lift, twist, push, and pull up to 30 lbs.
● Current valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
● Reliable transportation.
