Showing Assistant . This isn't just a support role; it is a high-speed apprenticeship. You will work directly with top-producing agents, providing luxury-level service to buyers while mastering the scripts, systems, and sales strategies that lead to a six-figure income.
Responsibilities - The Field Expert: Represent the Nickle Team at property showings, providing insightful, professional tours that help buyers find their "perfect match."
- Client Concierge: Support lead agents by managing buyer communication and ensuring a seamless experience from the first showing to the offer.
- Logistics Lead: Master the art of the "showing tour" efficiently scheduling and coordinating multiple properties to maximize the client's time.
- Pipeline Builder: Participate in team lead generation and daily "huddles" to learn how to hunt and close your own business.
- Strategic Feedback: Act as the "eyes and ears" in the field, providing critical property feedback to help refine our team's winning strategies.
Qualifications We are a growth-focused, results-driven team. We invest heavily in our people, and in return, we expect a "ALL IN" attitude.
- Licensing: You must have an Active California Real Estate License OR be actively enrolled in real estate school (with a clear exam date).
- Local Knowledge: A deep familiarity with the Long Beach and surrounding OC/LA neighborhoods.
- Mobility: A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and a willingness to be in the field daily.
- Communication: Sharp, professional verbal and written skills. You are the "face" of our team in the field.
- The "Hustle" Factor: Flexibility is key. Real estate happens on evenings and weekends, you must be ready when the clients are.
- Tech-Fluent: Comfortable using CRM systems and mobile apps to track activity in real-time.
