2 GROOMING STATIONS FOR RENT

I have 2 fully equipped, independent grooming stations available for rent in my private, home-base salon in Bethlehem, CT I have been in business over 32 years excellent reputation.
This is a Premier Opportunity:
Immediate Clientele: one of our groomer is retiring. We are looking for the right professional to take over these existing clients as well as bring their own.
Boarding overflow: I also operate a boarding facility on-site and frequently have grooming request from our guests.

Large Walk-in Tub (Easy entry-no heavy lifting!) Sink available for small breeds as well!

Details:
The room is available Monday-Saturday between 8am-6pm ( Sunday reserved for house groomer).
Start Date: June 1st (Set up access available late May).
Requirements: Must carry your own liability insurance and provide your own hand tools/products.
Rent $3000. a month each station.
