Job Summary The Site Manager is accountable for the daily operations of a small to medium site, managing contracted services and a small team of direct reports. This role ensures operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and compliance with service level agreements while fostering a positive work culture. The Site Manager also oversees staff development, performance management, and customer engagement to drive retention and business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage daily site operations including contracted services such as copy, courier, print, hospitality, imaging, and mail services Oversee staff development including career planning, performance management, and employee counseling Prioritize multiple tasks and communicate team vision to create a positive work culture Apply Ricoh Service Excellence tools to improve quality and ensure operational effectiveness Ensure service level agreements are achieved and collaborate with customers to improve business processes Maintain customer-focused environment through regular feedback and satisfaction surveys Staff site appropriately by aligning employee skills with production demands Motivate and recognize employees using Ricoh recognition programs Train and coach staff to increase output and quality Identify training needs and create individual development plans for staff Maintain customer relationships with daily contact and in-depth understanding of client requirements Resolve service delivery gaps and adjust processes to align with client and Ricoh frameworks Facilitate issue resolution with sales teams regarding pricing, orders, and invoicing Create reporting and presentations for customers to ensure contractual alignment and value-add reporting Required Qualifications H igh school diploma or GED required 3–5 years of work experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical) 2 years of managerial experience strongly preferred 3–5 years of customer-facing experience required Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology Proficiency in Office 360 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to present to medium-sized groups Strong customer service and technical aptitude Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlin es Working Conditions / Physical Demands Office environment with normal temperature, lighting, and noise levels Diversified work assignments requiring interpretation and application of complex material Physical effort including standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs Moderate dexterity with regular use of calculators, keyboards, hand tools, and eye/hand coordination Preferred Qualifications Business management experience including scheduling, strategic planning, and administration Education: High School or equivalent
