HVAC Installer

We're seeking HVAC Install Technicians to provide expert solutions to residential customers across the Merrimack Valley. Your daily routine will include diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems and products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems and products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Perform general HVAC installation tasks.
• Stage jobs appropriately and complete quality checklists.
• Meet revenue goals through professional service.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Maintain clean, organized, and inventoried job sites and company vehicles.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and inventoried

• Organized with good follow-through
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Integrity is your middle name, and you have a knack for building strong customer connections.
• A reliable solo worker who can also excel in team environments

Qualifications

• Customer service skills
• Skilled in repairing, installing, and diagnosing HVAC systems and products
• Clean driving record
