Job Title: High School Physical Education (PE) Teacher
Department: IBDP Centre & International Curriculum Centre
Location: Changchun, Jilin Province, China

Role Overview:
The IBDP Centre & International Curriculum Centre is seeking a highly qualified and experienced High School PE Teacher to deliver a world-class physical education programme. The successful candidate will support the physical, social, and emotional development of students within an international school environment, contributing to both the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) and the broader international curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality PE lessons.

Promote health, fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship through a diverse range of individual and team sports.

Organize and supervise extracurricular sports activities, inter-school competitions, and school sports events.

Monitor and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.

Collaborate with colleagues to integrate physical education with the wider academic and pastoral programmes.

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment in line with health and safety regulations.

Participate in curriculum development, staff meetings, professional development, and parent-teacher conferences as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related discipline.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of high school Physical Education teaching experience.

Stable employment history.

Language & Communication:

Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written).

Neutral or native accent — clear, standard pronunciation required for effective instruction in an international setting.
