Main Responsibilities: Managing the health and growth of the pigs, including feeding, breeding, gestation, farrowing, and weaning Overseeing all phases of production, implementing processes, and setting and achieving farm-specific goals Hiring, training, and supervising farm staff, providing leadership, and conducting team meetings Ensuring compliance with biosecurity protocols, safety procedures, and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment Hands-on daily tasks are required such as high-pressure washing, feeding, breeding, processing piglets and other
Working Conditions: Usual work hours: 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Average of 90 to 100 hours per biweekly pay period One day off per week Work locations: various farms in states such as Tennessee, Minnesota, North Carolina, Ohio, among others. Extreme weather conditions depending on the season (cold in winter and hot in summer)

Requirements: To be eligible for this position, a TN work visa for the United States is required.
