Lead Carpenter / Site Lead High-End Residential Remodeling Bashaw Valley Remodeling – Northwest Wisconsin (Shell Lake, WI) Bashaw Valley Remodeling is a small, owner-led residential remodeling company focused on high-quality, detail-driven work. We specialize in additions, kitchens, and exterior projects where craftsmanship and professionalism matter. We are not a production or “fast and cheap” contractor. Our work is planned, executed cleanly, and built to last. Position Overview We are seeking a Lead Carpenter / Site Lead to work directly with the owner on residential remodeling projects. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, quality, and maintaining a professional jobsite.
