Emprime Solutions is seeking reliable, professional, and customer-service driven individuals to join our team as Overnight Concierges at a residential property in Jersey City, New Jersey.

We have immediate openings for both full-time and part-time positions. Overnight coverage is needed 4-5 days per week , so flexible availability is a plus!

Shift Hours:

11:00 PM 7:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

• Monitor building access and maintain a secure environment

• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve minor issues efficiently

• Handle package deliveries and maintain logs

• Communicate with management and emergency personnel when needed

• Maintain lobby and common areas neat and presentable

Requirements:

• Prior concierge, front desk, or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance

• Ability to work independently and remain alert overnight

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Background check required
