Reporting & Analytics

  • Assist with special projects, major firm events, and time-sensitive travel requirements including occasional after-hours support.

  • Strong working knowledge of the global travel industry, including airline alliances, hotel programs, and organizations such as GBTA and ACTE.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) with demonstrated experience in reporting, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with administrative and facilities functions in complex environments.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Highly Valued for This Role)

  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate travel management within a law firm or highly structured professional services setting.
  • Strong background managing vendors, travel policies, budget analysis, and high-volume traveler needs.
  • Experience navigating sensitive information and working with senior-level leaders requiring discretion and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated track record managing multiple competing priorities in deadline-driven environments.
