When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

  • Track and report on travel spend, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to drive cost efficiency and compliance.

  • Establish and track key travel program metrics (policy compliance, savings, adoption rates) and provide regular reporting to leadership.

  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability as the company grows.

  • Maintain clear documentation, FAQs, and employee communications related to travel policies and processes.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 5+ years of experience managing or administering a corporate travel program

  • Experience enforcing travel policies and confidently addressing out-of-policy bookings

  • Comfort operating independently while escalating appropriately to leadership

  • Data-oriented mindset with experience tracking spend and identifying savings opportunities
