We’re opening a limited number of Summer Internship spots at our high-performance training studios - in West Palm Beach and Jupiter, Florida and Irvington and Upper West Side, New York.

This is for athletes who want to learn how elite strength training, injury prevention, and physical therapy principles actually work in a real-world setting.

A hands-on opportunity to be coached, challenged, and developed.

If you’re a high school upperclassman or college student serious about pursuing strength & conditioning, exercise science, or Physical Therapy —this is for you.

Qualifications

• Background in sports (required)
• Interest in strength & conditioning, physical therapy, or exercise science
• High school students (upperclassmen) and college students encouraged to apply
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and ability to take direction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

• Assist coaches and clinicians during training sessions
• Support strength training, mobility work, and injury prevention exercises
• Observe and learn exercise programming and corrective techniques
• Help set up and maintain a clean, organized training environment
• Engage with clients in a professional, energetic manner
• Assist with basic performance tracking and technology use

Schedule

10 - 35 hours per week, 6-10 weeks in length dependent on school schedule.

Compensation

This is an internship intended for educational experience and professional development. School credit may be available if applicable, possible stipend dependent on hours.
