The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development with 5 to 8 years of professional experience and a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly web applications. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining various web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end, and mentoring junior developers. Years of Experience 5 to 8 Years Skill Set React.js and HTML5 Job Description Roles & Responsibilities: • Develop new user-facing features using React.js and HTML5. • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. • Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code. • Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability. • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. • Participate in and lead code reviews, providing constructive feedback to other developers. • Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications. • Write and maintain technical documentation. • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Other Specifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5 to 8 years of professional experience as a React.js Developer or similar role. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles. • Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). • Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js). • Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus. • Familiarity with RESTful APIs. • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token. • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools. • Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. • Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN). • Strong proficiency in HTML5, including semantic HTML, and understanding of web accessibility. • CSS3 proficiency, including pre-processors like SASS or LESS. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
