Location: Hybrid (2 Days onsite in Brooklyn, NY or Great Neck, NY) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – ServiceNow to provide technical leadership across complex ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have deep hands‑on experience with the ServiceNow platform and proven expertise delivering solutions across multiple modules, including Core, Workplace Service Delivery, Enterprise Asset Management, Field Service Management, Source‑to‑Pay Operations, and GRC. This role requires strong technical acumen, architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor teams while partnering closely with business and project leadership. Responsibilities Serve as the technical lead for ServiceNow projects, guiding solution design, development, and implementation. Own technical architecture and ensure scalable, secure, and high‑performing ServiceNow solution. Lead hands‑on development and configuration across service modules. ServiceNow Core Platform, Workplace Service Delivery (WS), Field Service Management (FSM), Source‑to‑Pay Operations, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Translate business requirements into technical designs, user stories, and implementation plans. Define and enforce ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance. Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third‑party systems. Conduct technical reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization. Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers and junior engineers. Support UAT, deployment, and post‑production stabilization. Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend platform improvements and innovation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, with hands‑on technical leadership on enterprise‑scale projects. Strong experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, including Core, WSD, EAM, FSM, Source‑to‑Pay, and GRC. Experience with ServiceNow integrations and data migration. Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for relevant modules.
