We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our White Oaks location in Springfield, IL. In this role, you’ll drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience every day.Main Responsibilities: Lead daily store operations and drive sales performance Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members Coach and motivate employees to achieve store goals Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and store operations About You: Prior retail leadership or management experience required Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills Ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities Basic Microsoft Office proficiency Food, specialty retail, or hospitality experience is a plus. The base salary range for this position is $43,000 - $57,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
