Responsibilities:

4. Material Management
5. Project Scheduling
6. Customer Service
7. Safety Program
8. Daily Huddles
9. Fall Protection Program
10. Concrete Pumping Safety
11. On-site Accident Procedure
12. Driving Accident Procedure
13. Time Clock Approval
14. Subcontractor Management
15. Create pre-build shop drawings
16. Pre-Con Meeting
17. Project Layout
18. Manage Construction
19. Cold Weather Concreting
20. Hot Weather Concreting
21. Execute Change Orders
22. Accounts Payable and Job Costing
23. Labor Return Job Costing
24. Manage Profitability

Required Experience:

Candidate must have at least 7 years of experience working in concrete construction with the ability to read and interpret blueprints. This position requires experience with some of the following concrete phases:

• Layout
• Footings
• Cast-in-place walls
• Slab on grade
• Slab on metal deck
• Structural slabs
• Site concrete work

Helpful Skills:

• Knowledge and use of proper construction safety
• Excellent communication skills
• Plan reading
• Shop drawing creation
• Scheduling
• Pricing/budgeting/negotiating
• Crew and quality management
• Job costing
• Knowledge of Spanish is desired
