Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Orthopedic

Location: San Francisco, CA US

Shift: Varied

Type: Full Time / Part Time

Salary: $60/hr. - $70/hr.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a nurse who enjoys hands-on patient care , works well in a collaborative clinical environment, and this role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting, supporting orthopedic consultations, and assisting with both clinical and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during patient consultations and clinical evaluations
• Perform physical assessments and support patient care in an orthopedic setting
• Manage preoperative and postoperative patient care
• Coordinate and maintain patient flow within the clinic to ensure efficient scheduling and appointments
• Educate patients about treatment plans, procedures, and recovery expectations
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical records
• Collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide clerical and administrative support when required

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in orthopedics or sports medicine Required
• Strong organizational and clerical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage patient appointments and clinic workflow efficiently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach to care
• Phlebotomy experience or certification is a plus

Preferred Background

• Recent hands-on patient-facing clinical experience
• Experience working in an outpatient or clinic environment
• Strong skills in patient assessments, blood draws, and direct patient interaction
