Real Estate Operations Assistant Keep Us Moving Forward

Are you detail-oriented, quick on your feet, and ready to play a key role in a high-performance real estate environment? We're looking for a flexible, proactive assistant who thrives on keeping things organized and helping our team leader move faster.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage email communications: You'll handle inboxes and draft responses based on clear verbal guidance.
  • Support operations: Whether it's organizing files, streamlining processes, or helping with scheduling, you'll keep things running smoothly.
  • Handle tasks on the fly: When the phone rings or a new initiative pops up, you'll be ready to jump in and figure out how to get it done.
  • Help with client interaction: While you won't be selling, you'll occasionally speak with clients to ensure smooth communication.

What You Bring:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and keep pace with a dynamic leader
  • Strong communication skills in fluent English, comfortable on the phone and via email
  • Tech-savvy enough to learn new systems (we'll teach you our tools)

Details:

  • Salary: $36,000$50,000 depending on experience
  • Flexibility: Full or part-time options; some weekend availability may be needed.
