Job Details Target Start Date: Starting As soon as credentialed (90 Days)
License: Minnesota license or IMLC
Reason for Coverage: Permanent provider is retiring
Coverage Needed: Permanent provider is retiring
Schedule Details Monday-Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm
Availability Required
1 week of clinic and call per month. No call outside of clinic hours.
Responsibilities
- Conventional / Conformal Therapy
- Conventional Treatment Planning
- Participation in Clinical Trials encouraged
Types of Cases/Procedures Required: -EBRT, Linear Accelerator (TrueBeam) -Rapid Arc / VMAT, Electrons, Superficial / Orthovoltage -IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS -Hyperfractionation, Beam Shaping (MLC), 3D CRT -PET/CT or MRI Image Fusion, Electron Portal Imaging
EMR & Dictation Tools: Epic
