Now Hiring: Production Packaging Personnel – Newville, PA

REM is currently seeking reliable Production Packaging associates for a food manufacturing warehouse in the Newville area. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity .

3rd Shift: 10pm-6:30am
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Additional Hours: Overtime opportunities may be available

Job Duties Include:

• Removing lightweight food products from the production line
• Packaging items into cases and sealing them
• Palletizing completed cases
• Assembling boxes as needed
• General clean-up of work area at the end of shift
• Lifting requirements: up to 25 lbs.

Work Environment & PPE Requirements:

• This is a sanitary food production environment that can be chilly due to product storage needs
• Proper PPE is required and provided: lab coats, ear plugs, shoe covers, beard nets, and hair nets
• No jewelry, long nails, fake nails, or strong colognes are permitted to ensure food safety
