Role Overview We are seeking a skilled
Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards, reports, and automated workflows using
Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate . The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights while ensuring performance, reliability, and data governance best practices.
Key Responsibilities Power BI Development & Reporting - Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, KPI scorecards, and visual analytics .
- Create and optimize data models using Power Query, DAX expressions, and relationships to ensure accurate and performant reporting.
- Troubleshoot, tune, and maintain existing Power BI reports and dashboards.
Power Automate & Workflow Automation - Build, deploy, and manage automated workflows using Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows, and approval workflows).
- Monitor, schedule, and maintain automated data refreshes and workflows.
Data Integration & Platforms - Integrate Power BI and Power Automate with multiple data sources and services including SQL databases, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Microsoft Teams .
- Ensure secure and reliable data connectivity and refresh strategies.
Requirements & Stakeholder Collaboration - Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable BI and automation solutions.
- Provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Governance, Support & Enablement - Implement Power BI workspace governance , security, and best practices.
- Train and support end users on Power BI reports and Power Automate flows.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure solution reliability and user adoption.
Continuous Improvement - Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform enhancements and recommend improvements to BI and automation solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI development .
- Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query , and data modeling concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate (cloud, desktop, approvals).
- Strong SQL skills and experience integrating data from multiple sources.
- Experience working with SharePoint, APIs, Power Apps, Dataverse , and Microsoft Teams.
- Proven ability to design high-performance, user-friendly dashboards and reports.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
