This full‑time position offers an opportunity to use your lived experience to mentor and support Transitional Age Youth (TAY, ages 16–25) with serious mental illness and housing instability. You’ll assist clients in recovery, strengthen peer relationships, and collaborate with clinical staff in a trauma‑informed, person‑centered care environment.
