Position Summary

This is an entry-level to early-career operations position with excellent long-term growth opportunities.

Every day is different. You'll work with our sales team, installers, warehouse, vendors, and customers to keep projects moving efficiently from sale through installation.

If you're highly organized, enjoy solving problems, can manage multiple priorities, and like helping people, we'd love to meet you.

 

Responsibilities include:

Office Administration

• Answer phones and assist customers
• Respond to emails and customer inquiries
• Maintain organized digital and physical files
• Assist with office organization and daily operations
• Enter and verify information within our CRM
• Support managers with administrative projects

Scheduling & Coordination

• Schedule sales consultations
• Coordinate installation appointments
• Reschedule appointments as needed
• Communicate with customers regarding timing and updates
• Coordinate between designers, installers, and office staff

Warehouse & Inventory

• Receive and organize incoming product shipments
• Verify orders and inspect deliveries
• Maintain an organized warehouse
• Track inventory and accessories
• Prepare products for upcoming installations
• Assist with returns and warranty items

Marketing & Social Media

• Help create and schedule social media posts
• Photograph completed projects
• Coordinate customer reviews and testimonials
• Assist with local marketing initiatives
• Keep online business profiles updated

General Operations

• Order office and warehouse supplies
• Support special projects
• Learn multiple areas of the business to provide backup support wherever needed
