We’re looking for a reliable, organized office admin Assistant to help support our growing home remodeling services company. This is a great starter role for someone who is dependable, comfortable speaking with homeowners, and willing to grow with the business.

This person needs to be okay with change, able to stay organized, and willing to help wherever needed. We are a small company, so the right person will be flexible, positive, and ready to jump in when priorities shift.

What We’re Looking For

- Reliable daily commute to the office
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners
- Okay with change and shifting priorities
- Willing to help with different office tasks
- Positive attitude and easy to work with
- Good communication skills
- Basic phone and computer skills
- No major experience required, but reliability matters

Responsibilities

- Answering calls and speaking with homeowners
- Scheduling appointments
- Following up with customers and leads
- Keeping office tasks organized
- Updating customer information
- Helping the sales and production team
- Assisting wherever needed as the company grows

Compensation
