Occupational therapy in the assisted living setting isabout one thing: helping people get back to the activities that define theirlives. At TheraDynamics, our OTs in ALF settings work with patients recoveringfrom strokes, hip fractures, cardiac events, and progressive neurologicalconditions. You will design creative, functional interventions that addressADLs, cognitive retraining, upper extremity rehabilitation, and safe dischargeplanning. Your work directly determines whether a patient goes home or stays ina facility - and we give you the tools, time, and support to make that happen.

What You Will Do

You will conduct comprehensive occupational therapyevaluations, develop individualized treatment plans focused on functionalindependence, and collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and social work to ensurecoordinated patient care. You will address self-care skills, cognitive andperceptual deficits, home safety, adaptive equipment needs, and caregivertraining. Your clinical reasoning will be valued, and your productivityexpectations will be realistic.

What You Bring
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapyfrom an accredited program
• Current or eligible for New York State OT license
• NBCOT certification (or eligible)
• Passion for helping patients regain independence
• Strong clinical reasoning and creative problem-solvingskills
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
