WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Operational Support (Dark Days):
  • Track daily food sales and update operational spreadsheets.
  • Maintain and verify that all recipes are current and accurately followed.
  • Assist with kitchen inventory counts and management.
  • Schedule kitchen staff, ensuring accuracy and proper coding of scheduled days.
  • Log and track food waste from family meals, menu testing, and post-show operations.
Show Day Coordination:
  • Collaborate closely with VIP and Food & Beverage teams on all back-of-house operations.
  • Prepare and coordinate amuses, tables, utensils, glassware, and water decanters for Supper Club and other special events.
  • Document and communicate menu updates or changes; ensure menus and QR codes are accurate and correctly placed.
  • Lead preshift meetings, clearly communicating menu offerings, placements, reservations, and service expectations to staff.
  • Support smooth service by staffing the expo station and monitoring back-of-house operations for any issues.
  • Ensure post-service cleanup and proper storage of all menus and kitchen items.
