Position Summary:

We’re seeking a part-time Restroom Cleaner/Janitor at Challenge Unlimited, Inc., St. Louis, MO.

• Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour + great benefits!
• Shift: Part-time 6:00am - 10:00am, Monday-Friday or
• Shift : Part-time 1:00pm - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday
• Location: 9700 Page Avenue St. Louis, MO 63132

Typical Duties:

• Clean, sanitize, and restock bathrooms, common areas and break rooms including sweeping, mopping floors, sinks, toilets, glass & mirrors, stall walls, stainless steel, and countertops.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors and stairs, manually or with equipment.
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary. Clean windowsills, windows and dust, and clean office desks and furniture that are not cluttered.
• Maintain and organize chemical and equipment storage areas in a clean, organized and safe manner. Proper labeling, dilution, and use of all chemicals.
• Must be able to shovel snow
• Must be able to scrub floors
• Must be able to use a wet vac
• Contribute to teamwork by training and helping co-workers, communicating needs to the supervisor, and implementing feedback for improvement. Continually perform duties with a special focus on safety, quality, and customer service.

Requirements

• Pass criminal background checks and various state registry checks
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to walk up and down stairs
