Your expertise in M&A, IPOs, and deal structuring will directly shape the way AI interprets and models high-stakes corporate finance decisions. This is a remote, highly flexible consulting role that pays $100/hr. Work from anywhere, on your own schedule, while applying your IB experience to influence the next generation of AI-driven capital markets analysis. What You’ll Do Review AI-generated analyses of LBOs, IPO pricing, and M&A valuations. Evaluate model performance on live-deal inspired case studies. Develop scoring rubrics and benchmarks that reflect real transaction dynamics. Collaborate with a global team of quant researchers, economists, and fellow IB specialists. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of Investment Banking experience (M&A, IPOs, restructuring, or capital raising). Proven track record in deal modeling, valuations, or transaction advisory. Strong knowledge of corporate finance, risk, and capital structure. Preferred: CFA (any level), CA/CPA, or MBA in Finance. Engagement: Advisory consulting (approximately 10–30 hrs/week).
