Job Summary

We are a well-established, family-owned Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling company seeking an experienced Mechanic (Plumber/HVAC Technician) to join our team. This is a full-time, field-based role supporting residential and commercial service, maintenance, and installation work.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and HVAC systems

• Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner

• Handle both residential and light commercial service calls

• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety and quality standards

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding work performed and recommendations

• Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle readiness

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing and/or HVAC (commercial)

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently in a field environment

• Valid driver's license required

Work Schedule

• Full-time position

• Typical hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• Work is performed on-site at customer locations (no remote work)
