Job Summary
We are a well-established, family-owned Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling company seeking an experienced Mechanic (Plumber/HVAC Technician) to join our team. This is a full-time, field-based role supporting residential and commercial service, maintenance, and installation work.
Key Responsibilities
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and HVAC systems
Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
Handle both residential and light commercial service calls
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety and quality standards
Communicate clearly with customers regarding work performed and recommendations
Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle readiness
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing and/or HVAC (commercial)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a field environment
Valid driver's license required
Work Schedule
Full-time position
Typical hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Work is performed on-site at customer locations (no remote work)
