HVAC Installer Pay (Full-Time/Hourly): Actual pay depends on experience, certifications, skills test and skill level.

HVAC Installer Responsibilities:

• Builds positive relationships with customers and team
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial or residential ventilation, air conditioning systems, and equipment
• Completes required paperwork in a timely manner
• Maintains organization of vehicle and company tools
• Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.
• Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission
• Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor

HVAC Installer Qualifications:

• 2+ years in residential/multi-family HVAC installs
• EPA and RMGA certification preferred
• High School Diploma, or GED
• Must be professional and have exceptional communication skills
• Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test
• Experienced with pressure sensors, humidity sensors, rooftop units, make-up air units, differential pressure devices, variable frequency drives, and air handler units.
• Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
