Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized


HR Assistant


to support the Human Resources team with employee data management, onboarding, compliance, and daily administrative operations. This


temporary, fully on-site role


is ideal for someone with HR or administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting people-focused processes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage accurate data entry and maintenance of employee demographic information across multiple HRIS portals, ensuring departments are notified of changes.
  
  
• Coordinate the end-to-end background check process and conduct I-9 audits to ensure compliance with E-Verify regulations.
  
  
• Support onboarding activities by assisting with new hire documentation, memos, and staff communications.
  
  
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including form completion, correspondence, and mail distribution.
  
  
• Manage HR logistics such as scheduling meeting spaces, coordinating catering, and supporting department events.
  
  
• Proactively communicate with the HR team to escalate issues and support timely resolution of departmental needs.
  
  
• Assist with HR special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
  
  

Minimum Technical Requirements

Required:

• At least
  
  
  1 year of HR experience and/or administrative experience
  
  
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience with onboarding processes and/or completion of I-9 documentation
  
  
• HR administrative or HRIS data entry experience
  
  
• Experience supporting teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  
  

Compensation
