We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant position for a 3PL company that provides specialized warehousing, supply chain management, and kitting for OEMs, located in Gardena, CA.
Job Title: Part-Time HR Assistant
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Schedule: Part-Time (potential to become full-time)
We mainly need them to handle HR laws & Compliance, Employee relations, possibly Benefits administration, performance management, write-ups and possibly Payroll. Light paperwork and filing as well.
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our team on a part-time basis. This role will be responsible for handling a variety of human resources functions, including compliance, employee relations, and performance management. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within an organization, with the potential for the position to transition into a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure compliance with HR laws, regulations, and company policies
· Support employee relations, including addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues
· Assist with performance management, including documentation and employee write-ups
· Administer and support employee benefits (as needed)
· Maintain accurate employee records, including light paperwork and filing
· Provide general HR support as needed
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in Human Resources or related field
· Strong knowledge of HR laws and compliance practices
· Experience handling employee relations and performance management
· Bilingual Spanish a plus
Compensation: $25hr
