Join Ecolab as the Global Director of Business Development – Microelectronics within our Microelectronics division, under the Global High Tech (GHT) segment.The Global Director of Business Development – MicroE is responsible for building and leading a world-class global business development organization that accelerates sustainable, profitable growth across the Microelectronics market. This leader will develop the strategy, organizational capabilities, talent, processes, and partnerships required to create a scalable growth platform for the future.Reporting into the VP & GM of Global Microelectronics, this individual will sit on the Sr. Management Team and lead a global team of Business Development Managers while driving strategic market expansion, strengthening customer and industry relationships, and identifying new growth opportunities across geographies and applications. This position is eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentives based on performance, per plan terms.
