The Funeral Director/Manager manages all phases of the funeral arrangement from preparation, setting up funeral services, to final disposition. The Funeral Director/Embalmer interacts directly with client families, making arrangements, handling all aspects of the service to ensure all guests receive a flawless experience. They will also coordinate staff schedules, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee funeral services, and maintain the facility’s operations.



Qualifications:


* A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience


* Associates degree or higher


* Funeral Director License


*Embalmer License


* Good communication skills and comfortable meeting with families
