Front-End Developer Va (Flutter & Web)

We are seeking a versatile front-end developer to take ownership of the digital presence for two distinct Australian-based brands: Wise & Silent and Travel Protect.

This is a 100% remote position specifically open to Filipino nationals. It is ideal for a developer who thrives in a dynamic environment where requirements evolve and impact is immediate. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our web platforms and Flutter-based mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-End Maintenance & Evolution: Execute regular updates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements for wiseandsilent.com and travelprotect.au.
• Cross-Platform App Development: Manage and update existing Flutter applications for both brands, ensuring feature parity and performance across iOS and Android.
• Performance Optimization: Proactively identify "bottlenecks" in the user journey. You will be expected to audit site speed, responsiveness, and UI/UX flows to find optimization opportunities.
• Responsive Design Implementation: Ensure all front-end updates are fully responsive and optimized for a diverse range of devices and browsers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to translate brand requirements into functional, high-quality code.

Technical Requirements

• Flutter Expert: Proven experience developing and maintaining production-grade mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
• Web Fundamentals: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• State Management: Familiarity with modern state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod).
• API Integration: Experience connecting front-end interfaces with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Performance Tools: Ability to use Lighthouse or DevTools to improve web and app performance metrics.
