About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Formatter/Proofreader to join our client's team in the regulatory sector. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring narrative consistency, maintaining grammatical precision, and ensuring conformance to ALCS style guides. You will also be responsible for the electronic formatting of regulatory application sections and converting reference articles into publishable formats.

Responsibilities

• Proofreading of regulatory application sections for narrative consistency.
• Ensuring grammar, punctuation, and style conformance to ALCS guidelines.
• Electronic software formatting of regulatory application sections.
• Conversion of reference articles into a publishable format.

Requirements

• Expertise in EndNote & SharePoint.
• 5 years of experience in proofreading and formatting.
• Experience in formatting science documents and meeting journal submission requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in Starting Point or other formatting rulers/tools like Global Summit.
