Job Description

We are a high-volume, quality-driven sushi restaurant seeking reliable individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow in a structured kitchen environment. This is a full-time position (up to 45 hours/week) with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Our kitchens operate with clear systems, strong teamwork, and a high standard of consistency. This role is best suited for individuals who perform well under pressure, stay organized, and take ownership of their responsibilities during service.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma required
• 3+ years in a fast-paced kitchen (sushi experience preferred)
• Maintains cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times
• Executes prep and line work with consistency and attention to detail
• Communicates clearly and works effectively within a team
• Takes ownership of their station and supports overall kitchen flow during service
• Open to feedback and committed to improving daily

What Success Looks Like
Consistent execution of standards, strong station control during service, and the ability to support team performance in a high-volume environment.

Growth Opportunity
You will receive hands-on training with clear expectations and ongoing support. Advancement to Kitchen Lead and Kitchen Manager is based on performance, consistency, and leadership—not tenure.
