NOW HIRING: ARMED & UNARMED EVENT SECURITY OFFICERS (PART-TIME / SEASONAL)
Location: Harrisburg, PA & Surrounding Areas

KRE Security, LLC is actively seeking professional, dependable Armed and Unarmed Event Security Officers to support a wide range of events throughout the Harrisburg region, including festivals, concerts, corporate functions, and community gatherings. This role is ideal for individuals who are alert, customer-focused, and capable of maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a visible security presence to deter and respond to incidents
• Monitor entrances, exits, and crowd activity
• Check credentials and control access points as needed
• Respond promptly to disturbances, emergencies, or safety concerns
• Coordinate with event staff, local authorities, and emergency services when necessary
• Write clear and accurate incident reports
• Deliver excellent customer service while enforcing event policies

Qualifications:

• Strong observational and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Reliable transportation to event locations in the Harrisburg area
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred but not required
• Armed positions require proper certification/licensing
• Valid guard card/license (if required by Pennsylvania law) or willingness to obtain
