Job Description

We are hiring an Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant to support live charity campaigns and nonprofit fundraising events. This role is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, motivated, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in event marketing, public engagement, and nonprofit work.

You will work directly with event teams to help execute community-based campaigns that raise awareness and support important charitable causes.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and breakdown of charity events and fundraising campaigns
• Support on-site event operations and team coordination
• Engage with the public to promote nonprofit missions and campaigns
• Distribute promotional and informational materials
• Assist with donor engagement and event registration activities
• Help maintain organized, professional event environments
• Represent nonprofit partners and campaigns in a positive, professional manner
• Provide general support to ensure successful event execution

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends/evenings if needed)
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments

Preferred (Not Required)

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or volunteer experience
• Interest in nonprofit work, marketing, public relations, or event planning
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
