One of their private equity clients requires L&E due diligence support for acquisitions ranging from $10M to $300M, followed by post-closing advice and counseling—a unique opportunity to stay involved with the work beyond the deal. The firm is headquartered in New York with a California presence and is open to fully remote attorneys across the U.S., with both full-time and part-time options available.This is a substantive, career-track role for experienced employment lawyers who want sophisticated deal work and continued client involvement—whether their long-term goal is partnership, senior counsel, or a high-level specialist role.THE ROLE:You'll conduct employment-focused due diligence on corporate acquisitions valued between $10 million and $300 million. This includes reviewing and analyzing target company materials such as employment agreements, compensation structures, HR policies, and pending or potential employment litigation.
