This is a highly visible strategic sourcing role supporting enterprise IT and Data leadership. The manager is specifically looking for candidates with deep experience managing complex IT outsourcing/vendor relationships, strategic sourcing initiatives, and enterprise contract negotiations.

Strategic sourcing & category management
IT outsourcing / professional services procurement
Vendor governance & supplier management
Global delivery / offshore outsourcing models
Contract negotiations (MSA/SOW)
Spend optimization and financial analysis
Executive stakeholder management
RFP/RFQ leadership
Large enterprise ITO vendors -> TCS, Wipro, Deloitte, etc.
Offshore/global delivery providers
Consulting/professional services sourcing
Insurance, financial services, or other enterprise environments
Coupa or Ariba Preferred but must have any large procurement software
IT vendor strategy experience
Managed services sourcing
Procurement transformation initiatives
