• Performs a variety of specific duties designed to develop knowledge and skill in applying computer engineering principles, methods and techniques.
• Performs computer engineering work of limited scope and complexity in support of projects assigned to higher grade engineers.
• Uses engineering manuals, standard publications and technical material to obtain information and pertinent data to be used by higher level engineers, contractors and/or customers.
• Keeps abreast of emerging technologies and professional developments to maintain current in the field and for application to work assignments.

GS-09

• Performs computer engineering assignments which are routine and recurring.
• Performs computer engineering work in support of projects assigned to higher grade engineers.
• Participates in the collection and analysis of the information, data and standards used by the assigned organization to perform a variety of computer engineering assignments.
• Uses engineering manuals, standard publications and technical material to obtain information and pertinent data to be used by higher level engineers, contractors and/or customers.
• Keeps abreast of emerging technologies and professional developments to maintain current in the field and for application to work assignments.

This is a formal AF intern position in the Recent Palace Acquire Program (PAQ) and, as such, it is centrally funded by HQ AFPC/DPZS.
