This role is responsible for developing preliminary budgets and preparing formal bids by interpreting plans, performing take-offs, and estimating project costs. The Estimator works closely with clients and internal teams to ensure project specifications are feasible and aligned with industry standards. This position can be based in Las Vegas or Reno, Nevada .
