About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead the alignment of talent, leadership, and organizational effectiveness with its mission and strategy. The CPO will be a key enterprise leader, responsible for translating organizational priorities into a cohesive people agenda that enhances performance, culture, and accountability. This role is pivotal in a time of transformation, focusing on workforce strategy, leadership capability, and culture as essential components of organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership, serving as a trusted advisor and problem-solver, and will be tasked with building a forward-looking talent system, including succession planning and leadership development. The CPO will also oversee organizational design, and change management, and ensure that the people function delivers measurable outcomes across all teams. Candidates for the CPO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive HR leadership experience, with a preference for those with a background in nonprofit, healthcare, professional services, or mission-driven organizations.
