D’Youville – DSC seeks a Chaplain to provide spiritual and emotional support to residents, families, and staff in our nonprofit senior care community. The Chaplain will offer one-on-one visits, prayer and sacramental ministry consistent with resident beliefs, lead worship and reflection services, and support end-of-life, grief, and crisis needs. This role collaborates closely with nursing, social work, and activities teams to deliver holistic, person-centered care that honors dignity, diverse faith traditions, and resident preferences in a compassionate, mission-driven environment.
