\n \nAre you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? Join us as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Helping Hands Family (HHF) and provide personalized, play-based ABA therapy to help children reach their developmental milestones.
\n \nWhat You'll Be Doing:
\n» Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
\n» Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
\n» Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
\n» Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.
\n \nWe're Looking for Someone With:
\n✔ A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred).
\n✔ Comfort working with children.
\n✔ The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
\n✔ Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
\n✔ Reliable transportation.
\n✔ Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
